Novel Student is a leading provider of high-quality student accommodation across Europe. We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new property in Seville, and we are currently seeking a Leasing & Marketing Manager to join our team.As the Leasing & Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our new property. You will be responsible for driving leasing and marketing strategies to ensure high occupancy rates and customer satisfaction.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of the student population- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the property and generate leads- Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including inquiries, property tours, lease signings, and renewals- Build strong relationships with local universities and student organizations to maximize exposure- Monitor and analyze leasing trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly- Develop and maintain a strong network of real estate agents and brokers- Prepare and present leasing reports to senior management**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field- Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing or sales, preferably in the student accommodation industry- Strong knowledge of the Seville market and student housing trends- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareAt Novel Student, we value our employees and believe in providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
