What about the salary?
You will receive a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions for every deal you close.
If you’re an average performer, you can expect to earn around €35k (base + commission) in your first year.
If you’re ready to go above and beyond, you can expect much more.

Are we a match?
You’ll be a great fit if you:
* Have 1–5 years of experience in roles such as:
BDR, SDR, Trainee Sales Representative, Customer Success Associate, Inside Sales Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Development Associate, Lead Generator, Outbound Sales Agent, Appointment Setter, or similar.
* Are eager to relocate to Malta and kickstart an exciting international career.
* Love building relationships, communicating over the phone, and influencing outcomes.
* Are fluent in English and hold an EU passport or citizenship.
