We’re looking for an ODR to be part of the International team of Parking Guidance Systems, a fast‑paced, rapidly growing company recently recognized as the 12th fastest‑growing company in Texas, US. Responsibilities
Research and profile target accounts, identifying key stakeholders.
Generate interest and qualify leads via calls, emails, and social media.
Develop and nurture leads, scheduling follow‑up meetings for Sales reps.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive pipeline growth.
Follow up on campaigns, provide feedback to leadership, and report activities in HubSpot.
Build relationships with prospects and position PGS as a strategic partner.
Qualifications
Previous experience in Business Development or Sales Development is preferred.
Bachelor's degree required.
Fluency in English (mandatory) and at least one additional European language.
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills.
