Role
The Commercial Account Manager is the person in charge of building, managing and maintaining a long-term relationship with B2B customers to improve the awareness of the company in this market share.
The goal is to open new B2B accounts, therefore the B2B account manager will be in charge of finding new business opportunities, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, logistics, and marketing actions.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts and reach the company's target
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing B2B accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients: The Account Manager is expected to have specific information regarding daily operations of the Company and keep the Client updated.
- Interact and coordinate with the account team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
- Establish budgets with the client and company
- Meet time deadlines for accounts

- Experience:
-5+ years of experience in a job in the IT market as B2B account manager.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
