Job Description
In this role, you perform core controlling processes while driving the strategic development of Pharma Solid Business Controlling. You provide decision-relevant insights, contribute to projects, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
1. Implement and manage traditional controlling processes, such as closing, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
2. Drive the conceptual development of Pharma Solid Business Controlling.
3. Provide decision-oriented reports and information for the operational and strategic management of the Pharma Solid Business Controlling.
4. Support the execution of the growth-oriented corporate strategy with a focus on cash flow generation and profitability enhancement.
5. Conduct profitability analyses for commercial initiatives while actively providing insights with actionable recommendations.
6. Participate in digitalization projects to enhance finance and controlling functions, with the potential to take on a project management role.
7. Collaborate closely with Group Accounting and Group Controlling, ensuring alignment and coordination.
8. Serve as the point of contact for Pharma Solid Business Units and assigned locations regarding various finance-related topics.
Qualifications
* Completed University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
* At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Controlling or Financial Planning and Analysis.
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills to perform the described tasks accurately.
* High teamwork and communication skills will help you to collaborate with all relevant stakeholders.
* Very good written and spoken English skills are essential for this position.
