Communication
* Is the site communication point of contact, interfacing with the Division and the Country/Region main point of contact, and provides communication expertise to the site HR team
* Ensures compliance with Group communication guidelines and provides new ideas / recommendations
* Coordinates the implementation of the site communication plan and contributes to the definition of the site communication strategy
* Implements internal communication actions as part of the annual communication plan and updates tools (events, article releases, Life@, monthly meetings, etc.)
* Contributes to supporting all the departments and HRBPs in their internal communication needs
* Provides KPIs evaluating the relevance of implemented actions as part of continuous improvement (pulse survey, click tracking, etc.)
Employee Engagement
* Is the site EE referent, interfacing with the Division and the Country/Region main point of contact
* Coordinates the setup of the deployment plan with the roadmap leaders to propose an annual action plan
* Leads the progress meetings for the site EE axis
* Keeps monitoring tools updated and follows up the progress of the site EE axis in compliance with the budget
* Supports managers in the implementation of good EE practices
* Ensures the respect of the self-assessment of the site EE axis
* Supports the site HR Manager in the preparation of the 5 axes site committees
* Contributes Actively to the V5000 audit
Well Being at Work
* Organizes and leads working groups to develop communication between the various stakeholders in the company in order to share good practices and improve working conditions
* Participates in the deployment and analysis of collected feedback related to the Engagement action plan with the HRBPs (Pulse surveys, etc.)
* Participates in the development of the Engagement action plan and its implementation
* Proposes and leads targeted actions
