Location: Remote. We are partnering with a company in the agricultural solutions sector to appoint a Head of Sales for Spain .
This is a high‐impact commercial leadership role, managing key customer relationships, and progressively building and leading a regional sales organization. The role combines hands‐on commercial activity with strategic responsibility, operating in a field‐based, relationship‐driven environment serving vineyards, olive groves, fruit producers, cooperatives, and distributors.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening the company's presence in Spain, with direct responsibility for managing key accounts in West Andalucía and Extremadura, while also acting as the commercial leader for the wider Spanish organization. In addition to owning the southern region commercially, this role will lead and coordinate the national sales team, effectively operating as Head of Sales for Spain and ensuring alignment of strategy, priorities, and execution across all regions as the business continues to grow. xugodme
