We are expanding our Commercial Refrigeration sales team and searching for highly motivated salespersons with a technical sales background. You will mainly work with mid-sized OEM companies in Europe. Your role will involve increasing wallet share with existing accounts and opening new accounts. Sales are project-driven, and you will manage your own territory, reporting directly to the Sales Director.Your responsibilities include :
Reaching out to customer leads through cold callingAnalyzing regional market trends and identifying target customers, products, and industry segments for growthPreparing offers and following up throughout the sales cycleTracking and reporting sales efforts in the CRM systemOur offices are located in Santa Perpetua and Barcelona (next to Sants). We offer 27 working days of holidays, an intensive schedule on Fridays, flexible local public holidays, and private health insurance (Adeslas).Requirements :
BS / BA degree or equivalent with a technical / engineering backgroundNative English speaker with excellent communication and negotiation skills;
proficiency in other EUlanguages is a plusWillingness to travel approximately 40% for in-person meetingsOver 3 years of experience as a technical Sales Representative or project managerPreferred skills and assets :
Familiarity with Navision (ERP) and / or Hubspot (CRM)Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven sales track recordStrong prioritization, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to create and deliver tailored presentationsApplication process :
