The SAP BW Project Manager Data & Analytics is part of a Global Team supporting the Markem-Imaje (MI) business. The Project Manager D&A is responsible for:
* Framing and executing the Analytics roadmap in collaboration with main business stakeholders.
* Partnering with IT colleagues in Applications, Infrastructure, Dover IT, and MI functional teams such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations.
* Managing a team of 5 analytics professionals.
What you will do :
* Drive and execute analytics projects (SAP BW, Microsoft Power BI).
* Clarify functional requirements with the business.
* Serve as a technical referent for IT and business teams.
* Own the build phase and Go-Live of analytics projects.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining system availability.
* Partner with stakeholders to prioritize the analytics roadmap.
* Contribute to the evolution of the global Analytics architecture.
* Lead support and evolution activities to ensure solution availability.
* Collaborate with team members, other departments, third-party vendors, and shared services.
* Provide proper documentation and cross-train team members.
What you need to have :
* Proficiency in SAP BW (7.5) (MUST).
* Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI; Hana database knowledge is a plus.
* Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform is a plus.
* At least 5+ years of professional IT experience related to Data & Analytics.
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
* Experience working in an international environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship management.
* Understanding of current and emerging technologies and best practices.
* Organizational skills, hands-on mentality, and ability to work independently.
* Proactive in identifying and proposing solutions to procedural issues.
* High level of English proficiency.
