Key responsibilities
- Provide legal support and advice on business operations in Spain and the EU.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish, Catalan, and EU laws and regulations.
- Support the establishment and implementation of the company’s compliance management system.
- Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation, coordinating with external law firms when necessary.
- Provide guidance on labor law, data protection (GDPR), and corporate governance matters.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and deliver solutions to mitigate potential risks.
- Prepare regular legal reports and updates for management and HQ.
- Support training sessions to enhance legal and compliance awareness within the company.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Law;
admission to practice law in Spain preferred.
- 8+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, commercial law, Catalan law, and EU compliance requirements.
- Experience in GDPR, corporate governance, and compliance systems.
- Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English;
Chinese is a plus.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with business-oriented thinking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
