Responsibilities

Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and maintain supporting documentation.

Support contract signing and coordination processes when needed.

Register agreements in the internal tracking system (Agreements Book / AFC Excel) according to company rules.

Maintain proper storage of contracts and KYC documents in Dropbox folders.

Provide contracts and supporting documentation upon request (for auditors, accountants, service providers, authorities or internal teams).

Qualifications

A degree in Law or Business Administration will be considered as a plus.

2–4 years of experience in contract administration, finance operations, or legal support.

Strong understanding of contract structure, financial documentation, and approval workflows.

Experience with KYC processes and counterparty verification is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Experience with digital storage systems (Dropbox, Google Drive, SharePoint).

English — Upper‑Intermediate (written and spoken).

Computer proficiency on Windows or Mac.
