As the AP Analyst, you will:Record and process journal entries in the accounting system.Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice and expense report processing.Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and vendor statements, resolving discrepancies promptly.Support the preparation and reconciliation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, including payroll accounting entries.Prepare and analyze financial and accounts payable reports for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and procurement to obtain necessary approvals and documentation for payment processing.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.Continuously improve accounts payable processes for efficiency and effectiveness.Respond to vendor inquiries and build positive relationships with suppliers.
Our ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Solid knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.Strong communication and collaboration skills;
fluency in English and Spanish is essential.Experience with business software: Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, or similar.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.Experience as an Accounts Payable or Accountant Specialist (or similar role) is a plus.Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
