This role is ideal for someone who thrives in engineering environments, enjoys building momentum, and knows how to inspire a worldwide team toward ambitious goals. /p h3Global Objectives /h3 ul liDefine the business unit’s sales strategy and corresponding action plans, in close cooperation with the technical product line managers, the product marketing department, business development manager and in line with BU's growth strategy. /li liDevelop and manage the sales team and all sales activities on new and existing products. /li liExpand footprint of Electrical Safety Solutions products in existing and new industry sectors and regions. /li liSupport the product line managers and the marketing department in developing the product economics. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive sales operations and develop sales strategies in line with top management approved budgets and BU action plans. /li liLead promotion, acquisition, and portfolio management efforts. /li liAct as Key Account Manager for major clients or delegate as needed. /li liDrive, develop, and energize the BU sales team. /li liDevelop and execute sales strategies and secure achievement of targets. /li liContract management. /li liMonitor market trends and competitive landscape to take corresponding actions and adjust were required sales strategy. /li liCollaborate closely with RD, Product Management, Marketing, and Business Development. /li liContribute to product and service evolution through market feedback. /li liEnhance continuous improvement in productivity, reliability, and transparency. /li liImplement IT/ERP tools to enhance sales effectiveness. /li /ul pUphold quality standards and enhance internal processes. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in international sales leadership and sales teams management in electrical equipment manufacturing or industrial B2B environments, with complex technical products. /li liExcellent track record in sales growth. /li liTechnical degree in electrical engineering or in power electronics, ideally combined with additional commercial education. /li liStrong knowledge of at least one of the following industry sectors: high voltage, medium voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission distribution, renewable energy and e-mobility. /li liExcellent team management skills that empowers his team. /li liStrong technical acumen and ability to engage with cross-functional teams. /li liNatural team motivator with a proactive, opportunity-driven mindset. /li liComfortable with frequent travel (Up to 60% of the time) and direct client engagement. /li liOutstanding communication, presentation and communication skills. /li liAbility to develop convincing communication strategies based on technical rationale. /li liInterest and ability to understand DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs. /li liExcellent project management, organizational and problem-solving skills. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe foster flat hierarchies and direct communication, enabling quick decisions and strong collaboration across all levels.
