As a
Compliance Monitoring Officer
you will lead and coordinate the compliance monitoring system within the Operations area, ensuring its effectiveness, continuous improvement, and alignment with applicable aviation regulations.
This role requires strong leadership in managing processes, coordinating audits, and influencing cross-functional teams.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Develop and manage the annual internal audit plan for Operations. Lead the execution of internal audits and ensure follow-up on findings. Maintain and continuously improve the quality and compliance management system. Act as the main point of contact for regulatory compliance within Operations. Coordinate with operational departments to implement corrective and preventive actions. Support the evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors from a compliance perspective. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS University degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or related fields. Advanced training in quality and compliance auditing. Solid knowledge of aviation regulations. At least 5 years of experience in the aeronautical sector, including audit and compliance roles. Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives or projects. High Level of English.
