Experteer Overview In this role, you lead front-end planning to support bids and early-stage execution for growth through new terminals and expansion projects. You will align multi-disciplinary inputs into a coherent master schedule and ensure it meets HSSE, quality, scope, time, and budget targets. You’ll work with stakeholders across the organization to challenge inputs, identify risks, and shape the business case for investment. This is an opportunity to influence major capital decisions and help deliver value through robust planning and agile delivery.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Develop the master integrated project schedule for bids and early execution phases in line with APMT standards - Integrate the master baseline schedule with inputs from consultants, contractors, and suppliers - Maintain and progress master schedules, analyze delays, and develop mitigations and delivery strategies - Identify critical interfaces and dependencies and keep stakeholders informed of milestones - Lead scheduling workshops with core and extended project teams - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to validate data and support schedule improvements - Monitor procurement status and vendors’ schedules, ensuring transparent reporting - Support visual management tools to communicate schedule status, critical path, and milestones - Enable Change Management with time impact analysis and schedule updates - Develop high-level what-if scenario planning to aid decision-making - Prepare reporting materials for internal/external stakeholders - Maintain meeting schedules and action tracking;
