This is a home-based position in Europe with full responsibility for global expansion (revenue, acquisition), focusing on encouraging clients to connect via our API. Responsibilities include new business development, account management, and maintaining relationships at all management levels. The role supports various clients, with a key focus on tour operators, DMCs, and bedbanks.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Focus on new business development.Achieve sales targets individually and as a team.Engage with clients mainly via email, phone, and virtual meetings, with some travel as needed.Visit clients and prospects as necessary.Close new sales opportunities consistently.Coordinate with internal Finance, Connection, and Operations teams to ensure excellent client experience.Acquire targeted clients with diligent follow-up from registration to booking.Deliver compelling sales presentations to secure new business.Plan visits and analyze data.Support client communication and relay feedback to head office for improvements.Provide weekly and monthly reports.Update CRM system daily.Execute company strategies and directives.CANDIDATE PROFILE
Candidates should have at least 5 years of field sales experience in the travel industry, with API understanding preferred. An excellent sales record may substitute for less experience. Preference for API sales experience or similar background. Candidates should have market contacts at all levels, be results-driven, tech-savvy, resourceful, organized, dynamic, motivated, flexible to travel, fluent in English, and a confident communicator.WHAT WE OFFER
