Looking for a skilled Warehouse Specialist? Wolfiek Group is an emerging e-Commerce startup based in Poblenou, dedicated to selling and distributing select brands worldwide. Our offices and warehouse are conveniently located near Marina/Bogatell metros. With a small team of fewer than 15 individuals, we are looking to expand.
About the Role
The Warehouse Specialist plays a pivotal role in streamlining warehouse operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
Responsibilities
* Product Location & Stock Control: Develop and maintain an organized warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and easy product access. Label products for quick location. Monitor stock availability and update online shop information.
* Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
* Logistics Coordination: Oversee receipt, classification, and registration of inventory and returns. Manage order preparation, packaging, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
Who We're Looking For
* An organized, detail-oriented individual with good time management skills.
* Autonomous and proactive in solving logistical problems creatively.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English for effective communication.
* Previous supply chain experience is highly valued.
* Interest and knowledge in our products, reflecting passion for what we sell.
* Ability to handle administrative tasks and physical shipping preparations.
