Pb Position: District Sales Manager-NV /b /pp Country: Spain /pp Work Location: Pozuelo, Madrid /pp Department/Team: Sales /pp Purpose of role: Develop MG market opportunities and sales for MG in Spain /ppb Responsibilities /b /pp Build sales plans with the dealers and manage distributors to achieve Sales target. /pp Negotiate annual/quarterly/monthly sales targets with distributors. /pp Handle administrative tasks such as weekly report, forecasts, or marketing plans. /pp Manage the CRM system and sales reports. /pp Visit dealers and promote the sales. /pp Develop awareness for the MG brand in the area. /pp Help in business development of dealers. /pp Collaborating with logistics and other department to boost the sales in the country. /ppb Requirements: /b /pp Minimum 5 years of experience in sales areas with relevant network and achievement in automotive industry. /pp Proficient level in English and Spanish. /pp Hands-on experience in CRM. /pp Able to work independently and with team. /pp Result-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multi-cultural teams. /pp Must be able to work independently: self-starter /pp Have a Spanish driving license. /p
