What You'll Do
Trusted Advisor:
Onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing
PPC campaigns
.
Outbound Engagement:
Make outbound calls to promote services, understand client objectives, and offer tailored solutions.
Strategic Campaign Setup:
Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns for immediate impact and long-term success.
Growth & Upselling:
Be responsible for increasing client spend and identifying upselling opportunities.
Database Management:
Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
High-Volume Interaction:
Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.
What You'll Bring
Language Skills:
C2 level of Dutch
and C2 level of English.
Experience:
2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with previous client-facing experience in high-stakes environments.
Education:
BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
CRM Expertise:
Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems.
AI Integration:
You regularly integrate AI tools into your workflow and use insights to personalize outreach.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Mindset:
Self-motivated and proactive with a confident and determined approach.
