* Present concepts and final collections to buyers and stakeholders in client-facing meetings.
Innovation & Strategy
* Influence the design DNA of Nitex’s partner brands while maintaining strong brand identity and aesthetic integrity.
* Introduce fresh silhouettes, fabric concepts, prints, and trims based on market intelligence and customer data.
* Push boundaries in sustainable design, circularity, and material innovation.
Who You Are

* Deep experience across both menswear and womenswear.
* Strong trend-spotting abilities with a global commercial fashion outlook.
* Adept in managing and motivating creative teams in high-performance environments.
* Excellent communicator with proven experience working cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
* Confident in presenting to internal stakeholders and external clients.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting where initiative and autonomy are key.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to changes, and taking ownership of key initiatives.
Nice to Have
