Main Responsibilities:
1. Acquire in-depth knowledge of Jávea’s real estate market.
2. Manage client allocations from initial contact through to post-sale completion.
3. Oversee the full sales cycle, offering creative solutions to vendors and buyers to close deals.
4. Organize and prepare agents for viewings and collaborate with international agents to ensure high product knowledge.
5. Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, track results, and monitor activity and sales efficiency.
6. Ensure all business goals and targets are met on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
7. Manage and mentor team members, providing training and coaching to foster individual development and achieve results.
8. Maintain high levels of customer service and represent the brand effectively.
9. Assist agents during the sales process and actively participate in closing deals with creative solutions.
10. Support deal closure and offer management.
11. Participate in the recruitment of commercial agents, providing feedback and requirements to improve the hiring process.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in real estate, with specific knowledge of Jávea’s key areas and international clients, is a plus.
2. Experience managing a team.
3. Deep understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
4. Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
5. Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and results-driven.
6. Financially oriented and capable of working within an international team.
7. Proactive with a positive attitude.
8. Organized, flexible, and hands-on.
9. Exceptional customer service skills, especially with demanding clients.
