Are you looking for the next challenge in your career?Would you like to be part of an excitinghighly qualified team of professionals in an international environment?We are currently looking for a qualified Process Engineer - Software Deployment Team (SDT) German Speaker / automotive sector.Join an international divisionand work alongside some of the most talentedengineers and technicians from all over the world.Your benefits:Competitive Salary.Long-term secure contract.International Project with top technologies.Possibility of working remotely with a flexible schedule.Integration in a highly qualified team of professionals.Travel abroad to Germany with your project.Specialized training and continuous professional development.Social benefits and flexible compensation plan.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate with development teams, SDT, and other stakeholders the design, implementation, and improvement of SDT processes.Identify and analyze internal and external requirements and business cases related to further development and enhancement of the SUMO and SDT processes.Implement identified process requirements and improvements.Support operational SDT roles in the execution of process improvements.Document processes using corporate tools (e.G., Stages) and manage the approval cycle.Create and present lessons learned and best practices within the DLCM organization to improve understanding of SDT and SUMO processes.Promote the SUMO and SDT processes.Adapt and implement SUMO processes for other markets (regionalization in NAR & CN) and brands.Act as a subject matter expert for stakeholders, providing guidance on SUMO processes and their application.Coordinate with development teams and clients across the full software lifecycle.Participate in release planning, software deployment, and release management activities.Required Qualifications:Solid technical background; prior experience in software environments is a must.Strong knowledge of Android.Understanding of web applications, including both frontend and backend technologies.Experience working on projects involving web-based technologies.Familiarity with software deployment procedures and release management practices.Previous experience in the automotive industry.Advanced German language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.Excellent soft skills: communication, teamwork, client interaction, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.We positively value all work or study experience abroad.All positions require a high level of German (at least B2) - please send your detailed CV in English.
