Job Description
* Requirements analysis.
* Design and implement functional solutions in projects.
* Provide effort estimations for projects.
* Coordinate with the Omega team and/or clients to achieve project objectives.
* Analyze and improve application performance.
* Collaborate with technology providers when required.
* Validate solutions against functional requirements.
* Adhere to Omega's software quality standards.
* Generate functional documentation for projects.
* Share knowledge within Omega's community of practice.
Required Experience
* At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles.
* Experience in business process analysis and redesign.
* Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions supporting sales, customer service, and after-sales processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and user adoption.
* Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, and Community.
* Experience working with Agile methodologies.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written.
