The Role & Team :

Infovista Corporation is seeking a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, the ability to build relationships with customers, and experience in earning customers' trust in complex sales cycles. This position offers significant opportunities for reward and growth.

The Account Director for Service Providers will be responsible for developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, enhancing current client relationships, and developing new business with prospective clients.

The candidate should have a “hunting” persona for new logos and expansions within existing client bases.

This role requires building on your background in service assurance, network testing/optimizations, and other telecom technologies to establish credibility with customers, partners, and prospects.

You will navigate within customers' organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming their trusted advisor, and aim to grow the current footprint by driving innovation, automation, and value. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful deployments.

You will leverage your sales experience to secure business in competitive situations, focusing on sales goals.

Profile: Sales Skills

* Strong drive for results and targets.
* Experience selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions.
* Ability to develop strategies focusing on territory and key accounts.
* Industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and senior management.
* Strong communication and influence skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to communicate concepts effectively across all levels of customer organizations.
* Understanding how technical sales influence business cases and coordinating internal resources.
* Team selling skills; proactive internal communication and collaboration with presales, product management, R&D, and professional services.

Technical Knowledge

* Strong knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions.
* Understanding of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations.

Personal Skills and Know-How

* Strategic thinking, process setup, and building strategic plans for complex deals.
* Strong analytical, business acumen, and vision.
* Ability to inspire and demonstrate charisma.
* Assertiveness to defend company standards and interests.
* Prioritization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Experience

7+ years of building and managing customer or vendor relationships, including senior executives.

* Hunter mentality with proven sales success in OSS solutions.
* Track record of closing deals and meeting quotas.
* Existing relationships with senior leaders at CSPs like Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, etc.
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.
