As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of our technical service team in your assigned area in Spain, providing technical support to our local customers. This role offers an opportunity to develop your professional career in a highly professional environment with innovative equipment.
Responsibilities :
* Perform pre-installations, installations, and maintenance activities.
* Conduct training sessions internally and externally as needed.
* Complete service reports accurately, including details such as time confirmation, spare part usage, tasks performed, service product, fault / solution codes, installed base data, reverse flow, billing block code, and billing request confirmation.
* Actively promote and sell M-I service products to customers to improve application uptime and maximize sales results, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the Sales team to meet sales revenue targets and foster strong relationships.
* Travel to customer sites within your assigned area, with occasional national travel for training and meetings.
Requirements :
* At least 2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer.
* Strong technical assessment skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to follow procedures and manage time effectively.
* Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* High proficiency in Spanish and intermediate English skills.
* Relevant certifications in Mechanical, Electrical / Electronics, Networking, Vision cameras, or software.
* Expert knowledge of technical products, preferably including Markem-Imaje's product range.
