Key job responsibilities
* お客様の組織においてCレベルのマネジメント層やビジネス事業部責任者とのリレーションシップを築く。
* お客様の経営の現状理解、経営目標とそれを達成する上での重要な課題を明確化する。
* お客様が最良のDXソリューションを生み出し、実際にビジネス価値を創出できるよう共に挑戦する。
* イノベーションや、プロダクトマネジメント、ソフトウェアエンジニアリング、データ分析等に関するベストプラクティスを示し、複数のプラクティスメンバーとコラボレーションしてビジネス価値を最大化する。
* 顧客起点でのイノベーションプログラムの定義やガイド、導入を行う。
* アイデアの実証実験デザインや試行を通じて強力にお客様をガイドする。
* アイデアの独自性や便益、ビジネスケースや経営インパクトをお客様と共同で検討する。
* お客様の要望を理解するためにプリセールス活動に参加する。
* DX推進支援に必要な新しいオファリングを開発・提案し、デリバリする。
