My clients are looking for a Field Marketing Manager for Southern Europe to join the Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing, you will work closely with the Corporate Marketing teams and sales to support pipeline growth and help drive qualified leads through effective local marketing execution across Spain, Italy, and Portugal. Your responsibilities will include:
Bringing global campaigns to life at the local levelLeading webinar strategy, execution, and moderationDriving regional initiatives such as dedicated campaigns, content syndication, or targeted programs to support local prioritiesCoordinating events and partner marketing support with the Global Head of Events and the Director of Partner & Alliances MarketingCollaborating with global marketing teams to ensure consistency and performance trackingRecommending content ideas to brand and product marketing teams to boost lead generation and conversionSupporting the localization of marketing materials for sales enablement and multichannel promotion (social media, advertising, etc.)Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, extracting insights, and evaluating them against set goalsAligning with BDRs and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support pipeline objectivesCommunicating with senior management about marketing initiatives, reporting key metrics, and brainstorming new strategiesThis is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and focused on impact. The ideal candidate should:
Be organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnow how to plan and run marketing campaigns with clear goalsBe comfortable working with sales teams and other departmentsAnalyze campaign results and make data-driven decisionsBe a team player, proactive, and enjoy working in a collaborative environmentBe a clear communicator and adapt to different audiencesBe comfortable with digital tools and marketing platformsSpeak fluent Spanish and English (mandatory);
Portuguese and Italian are a plus for your region
