Minimum Requirements
* Applicants must be Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of web application testing experience and proven experience across the testing lifecycle.
* Ability to write formal test cases using pertinent test techniques.
* Experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, specifically in conducting E2E testing for web applications.
* Experience with web-based applications and technologies.
* Experience with management tools such as JIRA and Xray.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
* User acceptance testing (UAT) experience.
* Experience with Mobile testing or Responsive Design testing.
* Good understanding of Automation testing.
Must Have Skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong analytical skills to analyze complex systems and identify improvements.
* Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for quality software.
Good To Have Skills
* Experience with automated scripting: CSS, Javascript, HTML, Xpath.
* Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium.
* Experience with Jmeter, Load Runner, Locust.
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines with tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitLab CI.
* CTFL/CTAL certification is a plus.
* Experience with WCAG testing.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
* Design and execute comprehensive E2E test scenarios.
* Identify, document, and track defects.
* Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions.
* Monitor test results and report findings to stakeholders.
* Stay updated on industry best practices in test automation.
This is a full-time position following the 9 AM to 6 PM Manila schedule.
