- NEWSROOM:
drives brand heat through innovative, culturally driven publishing and editorial, ensuring the brand's purpose and values are landed and connect with consumers. we tell stories through the key cities to drive broader cultural impact.
- BRAND COMMUNICATIONS
drives the communication strategy, campaigns, and activations of all integrated marketing activities in order to drive engagement and brand impact.
- OMNICHANNEL
ensures adidas leadership in our key clients through optimal planning and management of all Marketing actions, to achieve sales results, contribution, market share and brand positioning.
- SPOMA
ensures positive development of adidas brand image with sustainable and profitable business through an adequate Sports Marketing portfolio of individual athletes, clubs, events, and federations supporting brand and category objectives.
GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
- Side by side with your tutor in this internship program you will feel part of our Marketing team learning and interacting with different areas. Moreover, you will learn about the processes, procedures, the execution of the marketing strategy and on-going team activities, such as:
- Understand how we create and implement the seasonal marketing plans: presentations activations, data analysis, etc.
- How do we plan and execute our social media activities
- Screening and analyzing our competitors’ activities
- How we track and analysis the KPIs to meet the goals
- How to interact with key stakeholders
- What kind of projects marketing is involved in
- Attending and participating in relevant meetings and workshops
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- Student of Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable using MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong communication skills, team player, interest in communication trends and new media platforms.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- A team player who also works well independently.
- Motivated to grow professionally and contribute to a fast-paced international environment.
- Passion for Sports, especially Football, and Lifestyle

- Monthly internship allowance: €1,100 gross
ELIGIBILITY- Be enrolled as a FULL-TIME STUDENT
at a recognized university for the ENTIRE DURATION
of the internship, OR
be in a GAP YEAR
between completing a bachelor's degree and starting a master's program OR
be eligible for an END-OF-STUDIES INTERNSHIP
, meaning you expect to complete your bachelor's or master's degree within the next 12 months.
- Be available FULL-TIME
from JANUARY 15TH TO JULY 14TH, 2026
- Be willing and able to RELOCATE TO ZARAGOZA, SPAIN
for the full duration of the internship.
