Supply & Change Management Professional
We are looking for a Supply & Change Management Professional to work in a multinational company dedicated to improving people's quality of life through its products and services.
Purpose:
The role involves collaborating with supply chain planning and related functions to ensure efficient supply using optimal resources and systems. The main goals are to ensure uninterrupted supply of assigned products and regions, drive cost-effective decisions, maintain regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement in supply chain operations. Additionally, the role includes managing the compliant and timely implementation of product launches, labeling changes, and deletions, while avoiding supply risks.
Key Tasks:
Monitor inventory levels at affiliate locations, ensuring adherence to targets by developing and monitoring short-term supply plans in collaboration with internal packaging sites and external manufacturing.
Manage operational supply issues such as stockouts or overstocking, and support prioritization and allocation during bottlenecks.
Define and control bridging stock levels in response to country-specific events.
Plan local re-packing activities for imported goods, manage local change processes, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Manage product changes to ensure GxP compliance, considering supply needs and regulatory requirements.
Implement changes by assessing regulatory needs, defining strategies, assigning tasks, and scheduling.
Adapt implementation strategies, prioritize work, and escalate deviations during change execution.
Maintain master data, ensuring consistent planning parameters for replenishment processes.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
Over 1 year of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer industry, with stakeholder management experience.
Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
Highly motivated, stress-resilient, and structured with analytical skills.
Proactive problem-solver with troubleshooting skills.
Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments.
Capable of managing ambiguity, making risk-based decisions, and driving corrective actions.
Proficient in English;
additional languages are a plus.
Experience applying DSO principles to foster collaboration and shared accountability.
