We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Industrial (IND) team and help us deliver high‑impact projects across Southern Europe. If you’re passionate about engineering excellence and thrive in dynamic environments, this could be your next big move.
Responsibilities
* Lead high‑complexity projects using Grundfos systems and processes
* Coordinate on‑site activities with customers and subcontractors
* Manage project scope, schedule, resources, costs, and risks
* Ensure compliance with contracts, QA/QC, Health & Safety, and performance standards
* Act as the main technical and customer‑facing contact throughout the project lifecycle
* Support proposal teams with project evaluations and risk assessments
* Report on project financials and compile lessons learned
* Oversee logistics and workshop activities when needed
* Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payments
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering and Project Management
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large international company
* Fluent in English, Spanish and/or Italian; other European languages are a plus
* Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
* Strong technical knowledge of pumps, dosing, and disinfection systems
* Experience in contract management and cross‑functional project coordination
* Familiarity with CRM, SAP PS/BW, MS Office, project management tools, and CAD
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
* Willingness to travel as part of the role
