The HP Graphics Experience Center in Barcelona is a vital player in HP's sales strategy and connects experts with customers to understand their needs and present the latest end-to-end Graphic Arts solutions.In your role as a pre-sales press specialist, you will share expertise and practical knowledge of HP's Graphics Solutions Business technology and product portfolio to PSPs, brands, marketing agencies, and converters, highlighting the power and added value of HP's digital printing solutions.You'll serve as the technical focal point and reference for questions related to media, printing, Primers, HP Indigo technology, and finishing, both to customers and within HP. Your understanding of the printing market will help develop new applications and drive the transformation from conventional to digital printing. If you're passionate about the print market, you will play an essential role in our business success by developing strategies for optimal results.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThorough understanding of printing principles, theories, and concepts.Perform face-to-face and/or virtual product presentations to customers.Ensure a positive customer experience visiting and working with the Experience Center employees.Take end-to-end ownership of Sample Requests:
preparation, printing, finishing, shipping, and reporting.Operate printing equipment effectively.Finish jobs using appropriate finishing equipment.Report each activity related to customers accurately.Serve as a digital print reference, demonstrating finishing and media expertise.Work proactively and take ownership of issues, providing support to partners and customers.Contribute to process improvements and implement new procedures for performance enhancement.Apply subject matter knowledge to solve complex issues and recommend solutions.Maintain adherence to 5S standards for machine and workplace maintenance.Follow the Company's Quality and Business Processes.Maintain knowledge of case studies and sample catalogues.Contribute to EMEA sales objectives by enhancing customer experience to support business growth.QualificationsUniversity degree or professional studies in Graphics.Minimum 5 years' experience in the Printing industry.Customer-focused approach.Excellent communication and presentation skills.High aptitude for learning and problem-solving.Quality-driven and self-motivated.Hands-on experience in digital and/or traditional printing (Offset, Flexo, Gravure, ABG Digicon Series 3).Strong knowledge of finishing solutions and media.Experience with priming and varnishing processes and equipment.Knowledge of Digital Embellishment.Sound understanding of the digital and traditional graphic industry.J-18808-Ljbffr
