Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Madeira, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, mainland Greece and the Greek islands.
We are looking for proactive, dynamic and energetic people, with customer and commercial orientation for our Contact Centre in Benidorm.
The main responsibilities are:
* Personalized customer service, information, and reservation management for national and international clients.
* Advice and sales skills in car rentals.
Minimum requirements:
* Advanced level of English and Spanish (a second language will be a plus:
Portuguese, Italian, Greek, German, Russian, or French). A placement test is required.
* Experience in customer service. Kindness, patience, empathy, and flexibility are necessary skills for the position.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media.
