Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services with +20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing. We are looking for a Martech Strategist to grow our martech stack practice and to help clients shift the boundaries of marketing and technology, focusing on customer experience management, marketing automation, personalization, and AI with cutting‐edge technology.
Responsibilities
Design, advise, and pre‐sell marketing and technology solutions to help Omega CRM clients evolve in their digital maturity and relationship with their customers.
Design an evolutionary roadmap to improve martech capabilities with business‐improvement objectives, combining client capability development with marketing tool implementation.
Participate in collaboration proposals with potential clients, focusing on solutions from a technical and business perspective.
Act as a business analyst to map business needs (KPIs) to development of client capabilities, both through services and implementation projects of martech tools.
Define customer‐experience improvement strategies with a focus on improving consumer relationships throughout their life cycle.
Research and recommend new marketing‐technology products and potentially oversee training of marketing software and customer adoption.
Guarantee integration of marketing‐technology products with non‐marketing systems.
Train and support marketing‐technology products.
Understand marketing‐technology product integrations and building blocks.
Accompany the marketing corporate team to demos and client locations.
Deliver presentations and perform product demonstrations.
Research market trends and associated technologies to identify the most impactful opportunities and trendy topics.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong collaboration and communication skills while working with SMEs, C‐Levels, PMO, and business users/stakeholders to drive business analysis and user requirements.
Minimum 2 years' experience specifying MarTech/AdTech business development, consulting focused; skilled at translating technology into solutions that solve business problems.
Understanding of Customer Data Platforms, Marketing Automation Tools, AI tools, Web Analytics, Advertising platforms, etc.
Strong experience in Campaign/CRM/Direct Marketing, preferably within an agency or consultancy.
Previous experience within digital advertising.
Will Be a Plus
