About the role :
Warehouse and Manufacturing ManagerThe successful candidate will lead our operations at our Epping site. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, enjoys working closely with their team, and brings strong experience in warehouse operations, production planning, and people management. While based in Epping, occasional travel to our Bangholme site may be required.Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing, the role is responsible for :
Managing day-to-day warehouse and manufacturing operations at the Epping site.Leading, supporting, and developing a dedicated team of warehouse and production staff.Planning and coordinating production schedules to meet demand and delivery timelines.Maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and stock management.Overseeing goods receiving, storage, dispatch, and logistics coordination.Skills & experienceProven experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing management.Strong leadership and team-building skills;
a natural role model.Excellent knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and warehousing practices.Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure.Forklift license and familiarity with WMS / ERP systems highly regarded.Additional informationAAES is an equal-opportunity employer.
