The Mission
We are seeking a visionary leader to take full ownership of our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) ecosystem. Based in our Barcelona hub, you will lead the evolution of our financial operations from a traditional processing function into a tech-enabled, high-velocity engine. This role is perfect for a "Process Architect" who thrives on automation, system integration, and building scalable global workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Automation Leadership: Design and implement a "Touchless P2P" strategy, leveraging AI, OCR, and RPA to eliminate manual data entry and human error.
* Systems Architecture: Lead the optimization and integration of our ERP (Odoo) leveraging other platforms (i.E. n8n)
* Barcelona Hub Leadership: Manage and upskill a local team, transitioning their focus from transactional tasks to high-value "Exception Management" and data analysis.
* Global Process Ownership: Standardize P2P policies across all international entities to ensure 100% compliance, Vendor Master Data accuracy, and optimized Working Capital.
* Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary liaison between Finance, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure the P2P tech-stack evolves alongside our product.
The Ideal Profile
* The "Architect": You don't just follow processes;
you build them. You have a proven track record of leading P2P Digital Transformations in high-growth environments.
* Tech-Fluent: You are deeply familiar with the modern P2P software landscape and understand how APIs and data flows work between procurement and accounting modules.
* Strategic & Operational: You can switch between high-level strategy (roadmap design) and deep-dive problem solving (fixing a broken sync between systems).
* Experience: 8+ years in Finance Ops or P2P, with significant experience in a fast-paced, international tech or scale-up environment.
* Languages: Native-level English is a must;
Spanish or other European languages are a strong plus given our Barcelona location.
* Team management 6+ experience. You will lead a team of 6-8 people.
