**About the Role**:An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Receptionist in the Spa department here at Jumeirah Port Sóller Hotel & Spa.The main duties and responsibilities of this role:- As the first point of contact with Club Members and hotel Guests, reception colleagues should provide a friendly welcome and the highest level of efficient service in order to meet any needs of members.- To courteously welcome all members to the Spa on each visit.- To ensure that all members "sign in" correctly providing all the necessary details.- To ensure that attendance data of residents is accurately recorded in the members file.- To ensure the telephone is answered promptly and courteously using the correct manner as laid down in the 'Operations Manual.'- To be a primary source of information about the Spa and the Hotel to all members.**About you**:**Qualifications**- Hospitality, Sport or Leisure education**Experience**- Previous experience in similar role ideally in a 4 or 5 star hotel**Skills**- Excellent level of English- Friendly, approachable and professional**About the benefits**:Besides generous F&B; benefits and reduced hotel rates across our hotels globally, this role has excellent employee benefits making the role attractive to high performers and any applicant who like to associate her/himself with one of the most luxurious brand in the hospitality industry.
