Your Mission
You will own the technical quality, reliability and evolution of cloud-native platforms, ensuring that automation, observability and operational excellence are embedded across the ecosystem.
What you will be doing
* Own end-to-end service quality across incidents, changes, capacity and on-call readiness
* Lead technical prioritization across platform engineering, onboarding and observability initiatives
* Act as escalation point for critical incidents and drive RCA quality
* Define and enforce engineering standards (Terraform, CI/CD, GitOps, monitoring)
* Drive platform-wide improvements in availability, performance, cost and security
* Coordinate with stakeholders, service teams and vendors on roadmap and upgrades
What you bring
* Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (on-prem & cloud environments)
* Proven background in multi-cloud operations (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps practices
* Experience with observability stacks and monitoring tools
* Understanding of SRE principles (SLOs, SLAs, reliability, incident response)
* Ability to move between deep technical discussions and strategic decisions
* Strong communication skills in complex, cross-team environments
