Your profile
* 2+years experience in project management, managing projects in complex environments, industries with multiple stakeholders, with strong control and reliability.
* Experience in Real Estate and property management is a big plus.
* Advanced knowledge in Excel
* Native/bilingualSpanish, C1 English.
* Highly organised and a focus mind
* Problem solving is in your blood, nothing goes without a solution.
* An entrepreneurial mindset, superior verbal and communication skills, and the ability to articulate value propositions to key stakeholders

Your mission
* You will be in charge of managing the operations of the properties of our main key accounts.
* You will control the status of each one of the properties with our local partners operations, including type of bookings assigned, times of check-in and check-outs.
* Track, analyse and report the payment management and invoices
* Keep track and organise all activities related to maintaining the properties to the highest standards and ensure all incidents related to the property are managed by our local partners
* Coordinate relations with other areas within the company to offer the best solution in a timely manner.
* Coordinate relations with the local partners performing the actual check in, check out, incidents management, etc.
* You will be in charge of making sure all documentation is up to date.
* You will have direct contact with clients and assist with the onboarding process of new accounts
* Assist with the monthly occupancy management.
