At Claire Joster, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join the dynamic Drug Discovery & Mechanism of Action (MoA) in Oncology research team within PharmaMar, a leading pharmaceutical company. This position requires a strong background in cancer biology, molecular biology techniques, and gene editing, along with a proven track record of innovative research.
Responsibilities include:
* Executing assigned projects within established timelines and departmental guidelines.
* Performing research activities following internal and company-wide regulations.
* Maintaining accurate documentation, including results review and data recording.
* Preparing study protocols, activity summaries, project updates, and technical reports.
* Contributing intellectually and technically to projects, including study proposals and experimental design.
* Facilitating effective communication within the team and across departments.
Qualifications:
* Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cancer Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
* Expertise in cancer biology and molecular pathways of tumorigenesis.
* Strong background in molecular and cellular biology techniques (cell culture, gene expression, protein assays, signal transduction).
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Experience supervising junior researchers and students.
* Previous involvement in oncology drug discovery projects.
