Our Lifestyle product line sits at the intersection of fashion, fitness, and everyday tech designed for consumers who value both performance and style.Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing for our Lifestyle Consumer Electronics portfolio across EMEA. This role will define and execute regional marketing strategies, lead a team of talents for high-impact product launches, and translate global brand direction into locally relevant, market-winning initiatives.You will act as the regional owner of Lifestyle marketing, managing the regional Lifestyle Marketing team, partnering closely with the EMEA Head of Marketing, Global Marketing, Sales teams and key stakeholders to drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and commercial impact.Strategic Marketing LeadershipDevelop and implement clear, insight-led marketing strategies for the Lifestyle category across EMEA, in close alignment with the Head of EMEA Marketing, Global Marketing and Country Marketing and Sales teams.Translate brand narrative and product strategy into compelling regional go-to-market plans that resonate with consumers and media/agency partners.Lead EMEA Lifestyle product 360 launches end-to-end, from strategic planning to flawless execution at the regional and country levels.IFA or product launch events), as well as regional showcases, country-level launches, PR moments and social activations.Ensure strong alignment and collaboration with internal teams, including PR, social media, performance marketing, retail marketing, sales, and e-commerce to deliver integrated, consistent campaigns.Act as a central point of coordination for lifestyle marketing initiatives across functions.Partner closely with regional, country, and global stakeholders to maximize visibility, sales activation, and long-term brand equity.Support local teams with strategic guidance, assets, and best practices.Performance Analysis & OptimizationTrack and analyze campaign performance, consumer insights, and market trends to inform decision-making.Continuously optimize marketing approaches based on performance/KPI data, insights and post-campaign learnings and monthly reviews.Proven senior marketing leadership experience (10+ years) within consumer electronics, lifestyle technology, wearables, or a related category.Strong track record of leading regional marketing strategies and successful product launches across multiple markets.Experience working in a matrix organization with close collaboration between regional, country and global teams.Omnichannel Marketing experience is a strong plus.Deep understanding of 360 integrated marketing, including brand narrative, digital, performance, social, PR, retail and experiential marketing.Strong KPI and target-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights and performance metrics into actionable marketing decisions.Ability to think strategically while staying close to execution in a fast-paced, agile product launch environment.Fluent English is required; A key leadership role in a fast-growing global brand;A collaborative, flexible, international working environment with strong exposure to global strategy;
