We're seeking an HR Business Partner for Operations to join our HR team at our headquarters in Barcelona. Reporting to the Senior Operations HRBP, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives for designated corporate functions within our operations department. You will work closely with business leaders and employees to provide comprehensive HR support, drive talent initiatives, and foster a positive and productive work environment. This role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented individual with a solid understanding of HR best practices and the unique challenges of a FMCG manufacturer environment.What you will doStrategic Partnership :
Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all HR-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.Talent Management :
Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, develop succession plans, and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.Employee Relations :
With the support of our specialists, provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.Talent Acquisition :
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles within supported functions, including sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating offers.HR Programs & Policies :
Support the implementation of company-wide HR programs and initiatives, including employee talent cycles, performance reviews, compensation reviews, benefits administration, and training programs.Organizational Development :
Work with leaders to identify and address organizational development needs, including change management initiatives and team effectiveness programs.Data Analysis :
Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.Culture & Engagement :

3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within a consumer goods or manufacturing environment.Education :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Language :
Fluency in English is required;
French or Italian are astrong asset.Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen :
Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies.Functional Knowledge :
Solid understanding of HR principles and practices. Experience supporting corporate functions within an operations or manufacturing context is a significant plus.Communication & Interpersonal Skills :
