Overview This is an opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic Industrialization Team within Operations focused on: Shape the future based on innovation of our products, new technologies and way of working; state of the art product consolidation; continuous performance improvement. In the industrialization department, our mission is to guarantee the technical / digital means needed to execute manufacturing and tests processes for Space Electronic equipment with excellence performance. Our way of working is built upon trust, collaboration & cooperation, autonomy / accountability and flexibility. Our activities are split into missions whose setup are integrated in different Space business: Launchers, Earth Exploration (Copernicus), Space Exploration (Artemis), Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites).

Responsibilities Become the reference and Key user for MES / SAP strategy.
Define and implement digitalization strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems to support industrial processes.
Identify, troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure optimal performance.
Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in industrial processes.
Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Work closely with the industrialization team to understand their needs and provide tailored digital solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members and final users on digital tools and technologies.
Provide continuous support to final users solving daily bugs.
Qualifications Higher Education (Bachelor or Master) related to Aeronautic, Industrial, Electronic Engineering, Information System Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience leading projects defining business methods applied to Production Processes.
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Electronic manufacturing and Test processes knowledge valued positively.
Programming & Digital skills: Python (Advanced), .NET Framework (Medium), SQL (Advanced).
Experience in data science and data analytics.
Familiarity with digital transformation tools and technologies (IoT, AI, Machine Learning, Data Modelling).
Experience with data visualization tools and data-driven decision making (Power BI, Grafana).
Soft skills: Team player, proactivity, organization and autonomy, customer support approach, resilience to change, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in multifunctional teams.
