Senior professional Project Manager, responsible for the delivery of multiple Hospitality Real Estate projects, including new builds and refurbishments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
1. Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
2. Engaging positively with customers and developing, growing, and maintaining customer relationships.
3. Delivering high-quality services and deliverables that meet our Customer’s requirements.
4. Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer’s agent, or project manager.
5. Acting as the primary point of contact between the owner and project teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment of objectives, and effective collaboration among stakeholders.
6. Producing and presenting to customers.
7. Preparing bids for services.
8. Managing service delivery for profit.
9. Coaching and encouraging employees to develop their full potential.
10. Identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth within the business unit.
11. Advising directors promptly of any issues that may impact projects or Gleeds' professional indemnity insurance.

About The Candidate
Who we’re looking for :
Experience, Knowledge, and Key Skills
* Experience managing construction projects as a project management consultant, owner representative, or from the property owner's perspective.
* Recent experience in the Hospitality sector (construction-related) in Spain.
* Excellent knowledge of national technical requirements in construction.
* Understanding of legislation impacting building contracts.
* Excellent communication skills—both oral and written.
* Methodical approach to work.
* Strong problem-solving, negotiating, financial, and numeracy skills.
* Proficiency in ICT, especially MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage teams.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Legal eligibility to work in Spain.
Qualifications
* B.S. in Building Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
