The Regional Key Account Manager is responsible for driving and developing Suntory's commercial business through the indirect channel (wholesalers, C&C, and regional retail). You must ensure the implementation of the best distribution map and efficiently develop the hospitality business beyond Suntory's direct park.Role Responsibilities
Client Portfolios:
Meet objectives of the Standard Portfolio, Acquisition, Customer Rotation, and RTM at the territorial level, aligned with the target number in the GTM. Gain in-depth knowledge of the channel, segments, consumer trends, and competitor dynamics. Perform monthly planning with weekly reviews. Visit customers biweekly, monthly, or quarterly depending on the segment.Billing, Value, and Management Process:
Negotiate trading terms, implement price increases per commercial policy, and achieve productivity and profitability indices. Monitor volume, price, resource use, inventory levels, and sales evolution. Gather sell-out and distribution data, take orders for references below minimum stock, and execute sell-out plans. Manage forecasts and oversee collection processes.Business Plan with Clients:
Develop client accounts, adhere to the commercial system, and implement value propositions for segmentation. Collaborate on ad hoc solutions with the Commercial Marketing Department.Other Tasks:
Participate in outings with HD to expand knowledge, analyze market information, and support strategic planning.Qualifications
Education and Languages:
University degree / MBA or equivalent in business, strategy, or management. Nice to have:
English (written & spoken), proficiency in Office Suite.Experience:
