Above all, you understand how organisations work and can get things done through collaboration and sound judgement. /p h3About the Role /h3 pIn this opportunity as a Regional HR Director, you will: /p ul libConsultation Problem‑Solving /b: Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees, resolving complex issues using judgement and leveraging global HR networks when needed. /li libEmployee Relations Performance /b: Handle Tier 2 consultations, ER investigations, conflict resolution, policy guidance, and terminations. /li libRegional HR Leadership /b: Manage the HR team in the region and lead site engagement activities (e.g., stay interviews, focus groups). /li libPerformance Compensation /b: Drive cyclical performance processes and deliver compensation analysis in partnership with Rewards. /li libLabour Relations Compliance /b: Support union negotiations, works council activities, and ensure compliance on leaves, accommodations, and Occupational Health Safety. /li libStrategic Projects Processes /b: Execute RIF processes, provide MA integration support, maintain accurate case records, and identify automation/self‑service opportunities. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou’re a fit for the role of Regional HR Director if you have the following required experience, knowledge and qualifications: /p ul liBachelor’s degree and/or Master’s in HR Management, or relevant degree. /li li8+ years HR experience in within multi‑country or regional scope; solid understanding of HR operations and compliance. /li liDay to day people management experience. /li liWorking knowledge of local labor law, unions/works councils, leaves/accommodations frameworks, and RIF practices. /li liEffective organization, communication, discretion, and cultural awareness. /li liStrong knowledge of Spanish and French labor laws and regulations. /li liFluent in English, Spanish and French. Working knowledge of Italian is a plus. /li /ul pAdditional experience/knowledge include: /p ul libHR Expertise: /b Skilled in employee relations investigations, performance coaching/PIPs, compensation consultation, leaves/accommodations, union/works council interactions, and RIF processes. /li libOperational Excellence: /b Proficient in case management tools, meeting SLAs, creating knowledge articles, and leveraging HR data/reporting for insights. /li libPolicy Change Management: /b Strong in policy interpretation, documentation, facilitation, and managing change and conflict effectively. /li libAutomation AI: /b Experienced in enabling self‑service resources, templates, and using AI tools to improve compliance, efficiency, and recommend automation opportunities. /li /ul pbPlease apply with a CV in English.
