In this role you will play an instrumental role in ensuring the success of the Digital Hub in the Large Enterprise Segment by leading and supporting the Digital Hub Sales Development Executives in achieving creation of the best possible quality pipeline and ensures appropriate Cloud pipeline coverage as well as pipeline progression through data driven and innovative Demand Generation activities.
With the support of Digital Hub, regional and Market Unit leadership teams, you will take the lead in defining the scope, impact and success metrics of the Digital Demand Manager role in the Large Enterprise segment.

This role is instrumental in shaping the future of the Digital Hub Business Development organization in the Large Enterprise segment by driving change and ensuring that transformation efforts lead to positive and sustainable impacts that supports SAP continued transformation to Cloud SaaS company. Duties and Responsibilities
1. Translating planning into execution:
2. Liaise closely with Market Unit Demand Management teams to capture DG priorities and works with extended account teams to translate ideas & account plans into concrete DG execution activities by Digital Hub Sales Development Executives.
Campaign readiness.
3. Effectively defines, plans and orchestrates the preparation and execution of Digital Hub Sales Development Executives campaigns by liaising with relevant stakeholders as well as leveraging digital tools, data and content.
4. Applies and promotes digital best practices through the campaign process for fast time to value, quick production cycles, scalability and repeatability while ensuring delightful customer experience.
5. Key contributor to implementing the successful Digital Hub Sales Development Executives model in Industry Led segment as well as adapting to Large Enterprise business necessities.
6. Scope: owner of Digital Hub Sales Development Executives activities for Core ERP Solution Area. Aligns with other Solution Areas to ensure smooth and orchestrated execution by all Digital Hub Sales Development Executives within the account
Provides consolidated regional visibility into ongoing and future Digital Hub Sales Development Executives activities, shares results with all stakeholders as well as generate insights to analyze, steer and improve performance.
Build bridges and communication between Digital Hub and between all Market units to foster Cross-pollination: looks to continuously develop, collect, share and implement innovative best practices while ensuring adoption of consistent process and operational model across all participating Market units
Key contributor to implementing the successful Digital Hub Sales Development Executives model in Industry Led segment as well as adapting to Large Enterprise business necessities.
Experience & Qualifications:
7. A senior professional with strong business acumen and 7+ years’ experience in software sales, business development or other customer facing sales support functions (e.g., pre-sales, value advisory, Center of Excellence). Ideally comes with experience in the Digital Hub as well as with Large Enterprise accounts.
8. Passion for Demand Generation and proven track record of pipeline building, business development and growth mindset
9. Familiar with driving Sales Pipeline with experience in modern “data-driven” methods of demand generation (Digital Sales, Social Selling, Digital Marketing, Outbound Prospecting, Propensity Models...
10. Proficient understanding of SAP’s products and solutions, sales cycles, value selling,…
11. Polished professionalism with above-average organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
12. Strong work ethic: Team player, self-starter, high impact personality, high energy, and results oriented
13. Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills
14. Fluency in English required (Fluency in any other regional language preferred)
