About the role
We are looking for an experienced
Channel Account Manager
to join our team. As a partner account manager, you'll own the new-business side of the partner relationship. You will run partner pitches/demos, close contracts, build joint business plans, and lead recurring pipeline reviews to hit a partner-sourced MRR quota.
Recruit and onboard new partners, lead consultative demos, and close agreements.
Build joint value propositions, co-sell motions, and quarterly revenue plans per partner.
Run weekly/monthly pipeline reviews (creation, velocity, win rates) and forecast accurately.
Enable partners to sell through teaching: talk tracks, ROI, pricing, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
Coordinate with Marketing on MDF/co-marketing; with Sales on co-selling; with Legal on terms.
Keep immaculate partner records: business plans, opportunities, contacts, activities.
About you
3–6+ years in channel/partner account management or B2B SaaS new-logo sales.
Proven record of hitting revenue targets through/with partners (agencies/ISVs/SIs).
Strong commercial acumen + consultative storytelling; comfortable negotiating and forecasting.
Language skills: Proficiency in Spanish & English.
