Mission
Your main mission is to define the strategy of the consulting department in the short, medium, and long term. You will act as a bridge between consulting, external communities, and Schneider technology teams to provide data, innovative ideas, and analyses that enable the organization to anticipate future client needs and ensure sustainable growth of the department and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis : Identify and evaluate industrial sector trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that impact the business.
- Ecosystem Connection : Attend events, forums, and external communities to capture insights and opportunities.
- Internal Collaboration : Work closely with technology and consulting teams to translate insights into action plans.
- Roadmap Definition : Contribute to long‑term strategy development that ensures adaptation and growth.
- Competitive Intelligence : Monitor competitor moves and benchmark best practices, pricing strategy, etc. Competitive analysis is crucial to help the team define strategy.
- Strategic Reporting : Prepare quarterly reports and presentations summarizing all learnings and data‑based recommendations. Reports must be reliable;
contrast ideas with sales teams or clients directly.
Required Profile
- Education : Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar. Master’s in Strategy, Innovation or MBA valued (Required if degree is engineering).
- Experience : 3–5 years in strategic consulting, market analysis, or business development in industrial or technology environments.
