Position Overview
The role within the GBFS organization will be responsible for maintaining product costs and intercompany prices across all ERP systems in the EMEA region. Additionally, the role involves analyzing and providing timely standard reports on cost variations and explaining variances to strategic business partners and analysts (when applicable). The position also supports internal controls compliance and financial audits at legal entities, focusing on activities that can be managed remotely.
Reporting to: EMEA Costing Manager
Performance Objectives & Major Deliverables
Product Costing
* Calculate quarterly standard costs.
* Analyze raw materials and other variables impacting costs.
* Support the annual manufacturing rates upload process.
* Ensure proper upload of intercompany prices for calculated products.
Audit & SOX
* Assist plants with audit matters related to reconciliation and explanation of system driven transactions: inventories, Magna Carta, inventory valuation, etc.
Closing Accounting Processes
* Report volumes.
* Control goods in transit.
* Manage Magna Carta accruals, discussing main impacts/changes with the plant.
* Reclassify SSPL when necessary to ensure correct responsibility assignment (system limitations).
Inventory Control
* Monitor and report on SSPL & Magna Carta reports.
* Report and analyze inventory losses by root cause and their impact on AMU.
* Participate in the annual physical inventory audit.
* Provide remote support for physical inventory of consignment warehouses.

Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
* Proficiency with MS Office.
* Interest and skills in IT/PC tools (MS Excel, MS Access, ORACLE, SAP, Concur, ePro, Business One, Oracle Transportation Management, etc.).
* Affinity for production processes.
* Strong personal attributes: reliability, adaptability, analytical and communication skills.
